8x10 prints are shipped in a rigid envelope while 11x14, 16x20 and 17x22 are shipped rolled in a durable tube.
No, we do not sell any of our art prints with frames. Frames are sold separately. The frames seen in images are merely for display purposes so that you can see what they look like framed.
Your art print order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. Apparel orders will ship within 4-7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and postal holidays.
It is the buyers sole responsibility to provide an accurate address when placing your order. We can not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses as provided by the buyer. We ship our products very quickly and in some cases we deliver orders to the post office within hours of your order being placed. If your order has not shipped, we will attempt to update your shipping address, however, if the order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
We don't offer digital art prints for sale. Every item being sold is a physical product.
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
If your order is damaged in transit, you will need to submit a photo of the damage print(s) and damaged package with the shipping label visible. We require this information within 7 days of delivery.
